As a certified paralegal, Ms. McAdoo is an active member of the legal community having served as president of the paralegal division of NC Advocates for Justice and published in the North Carolina State Bar Journal and the Carolina Paralegal News. She also teaches civil trials at local colleges. What changes will people from your district see in the lives of their family and friends after your choice? Learn about the needs and issues that are important to the people of District 63 so that I can be a voice for them at the NC General Assembly. The topics I hear about the most are access to affordable, high-quality education; professional qualification; and health care. NC is rich in talent, natural and human resources and opportunities. At one point, NC was one of our country`s leaders in education, and we have the potential to be a leader again. But we can only move forward if all our citizens have a voice. In recent years, many of our citizens have been deprived of their voices due to political and racial gerrymandering. But people inside and outside our state can help change that by supporting NC candidates who restore justice and balance. In this way, we can show the nation that there is no place for partisan games, injustice, intolerance or hatred. We must unite as a nation to do the right thing, protect our children and families, and find real solutions to the needs facing our state and our country today.
