OK, that`s a bit of an exaggeration, but legal ones are rare. Ruger adds a new AR-556 with MonsterMan handle to this list. On March 17, 2017, Ruger announced the Ruger AR-556. This version of their semi-automatic rifle gun meets standards that make it legal for sale in Colorado and Maryland, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Puerto Rico.
