Except as otherwise provided herein, LegalZoom will pay all AAA filing, administrative, and arbitration fees for any arbitration initiated pursuant to the above notification requirements. However, if the arbitrator determines that the content of your claim or the relief sought in the claim is frivolous or is brought for improper purposes (as measured by the standards set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b)), payment of all such fees will be subject to the AAA rules.
